Your sales representative will bring to your consultation a full sample guide consisting of working samples, color swatches and guides and product literature.

Color Matching

That's what makes our shop-at-home service so great ! Your Sales representative will provide color swatches and samples to compare in your home and in your lighting conditions. In most cases, a color for your product can be selected that suits and compliments the colors within your home. With some prouduct lines however, a tr ue match many not always be available and we will work with you to find a solution that fits your every need.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes, modifications or cancellations must be received in writing within 24 hours of order date.

Warranty

Shutters:
We warrant that our shutters will be defect free in materials or workmanship as for as long as the original purchaser owns the shutters. The warranty does not cover any condition of or damage to the shutter or window from unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, act of God, motorized devices, and wear and tear.
Faux & Composite Blinds – Limited lifetime warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
Vertical Blinds – Limited lifetime warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
Cellular Shades – Limited lifetime warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
Sheer Solutions – Limited lifetime warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.

Cleaning Blinds & Shutters

Blinds
I t is best to dust your blinds regularly. Use the lambswool duster provided to you by Arbor Blinds & Shutters, Inc or a soft, clean cloth. Lower the blinds to its full length and tilt the slats almost fully closed and dist. Then dust the reverse side of the slats in the same manner. In order to reach the dust where the slats overlap, it's best not to fully close the blind in either position. Do not use any liquids, harsh chemicals or abrasive products on your blinds.
